COVID 19 Testing will be required for all staff and athletes participating in Summer Conditioning Sessions. The school district has arranged for free COVID-19 testing for your coaches and athletes. The testing will be in the parking lot of West Ashley High School, Thursday, June 18th from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.

The athlete's parent or guardian should sign as the Patient Representative. 

Athletes and staff should pre register/screen via the website or phone number listed on the flyer attached.  At the completion of the online screening, athletes and staff members will receive a CODE from the provider.

On the day of testing:

1. Arrive at West Ashley High School Parking Lot with the CODE and Name on a paper placed on the windshield.

2. Bring signed waiver and consent forms to allow Fetter to treat and share results with Charleston County School District;

Schools will be notified of test results by the district. 

Staff and students testing negative may begin Summer Sessions.
